We offer flexibility on all our support contracts to meet the specific requirements of every business type. Offering next business day response times in our standard contracts but also have four hour agreements available to ensure minimum disruption.

Hardware Support
We provide onsite maintenance for most types of computers and hardware, including servers, workstations, laptops, and printers. In the event of hardware failures we will use all available resources to limit the amount of downtime and reduce disruption.

Software Support
We endeavour to resolve problems that arise through use of computer software quickly and efficiently. We are able to provide telephone, remote access and onsite support on all aspects of Microsoft’s operating systems, office packages, anti-virus and backup software.

Service Contracts
Annual service & maintenance contracts are available on most printers and business machines found in the office.

Support Packages
Our Bronze, Silver and Gold Support packages are designed to proactively support you and your systems to the level that you require. Providing regular systems health checks, telephone, remote and on-site support, up to 4 hour response times as well as benefiting from preferential rates.
